Hello, welcome to episode 40. Holy cow. Of the Facebook ads quick tip podcast. I'm your host StacyCovitz. And today I am talking about something I see all the time. But first make sure you stick around to the end because I have a special announcement.
which is going to give one of you a gift to celebrate a huge birthday I had last week.

Alright, back to it. Here's what I see all the time. Someone tells me I want more clients. I just need to add more money to my income. I need more revenue. I need more sales. I want more memberships or members to my membership. And that's amazing. That's why we would run ads, right?
.So here's one of the questions that I would ask

Let's say you did get 20 new clients tomorrow or 50 new members into your membership tomorrow. Could your business handle it?

That is not to be, that is not meant to be insulting. It is meant to get you, the business owner, to really think about what that would look like. What would that look like for you to all of sudden wake up and have 20 new clients or 20 new discovery calls on your books? Do you have the bandwidth for that? Do you have the systems in place?

Let's talk about what that means.

Wanting more growth is normal, but being ready for it? Sometimes we don't think about it. Trust me, I have been there.

So here's the thing, here's the thing about ads. They don't fix problems, they magnify them. If your business isn't ready for the growth that you're asking for, ads will shine a nice big bright spotlight on every single crack. I've seen it happen. People start running ads, leads start coming in. There's no system for following up.

The calendar's a mess. The onboarding process is unclear. The offer delivery isn't working or isn't streamlined.

So it doesn't mean you need the fanciest funnel or a massive budget, but you need to have the foundation in place to support what you're wishing for.

Ask yourself, if somebody books or buys, do I have a smooth way to welcome them in and deliver what they paid for? Can I track where these leads are coming from? What happens after they inquire? If I doubled my client load tomorrow, would I celebrate or would I panic? That's what I mean when I say, you ad ready or get ad ready?

because ads are going to turn up the volume on what's going on in your business.

And the truth is ads don't just bring in leads. Ads bring in so much gold. bring in data, feedback, and that's amazing when you're ready for it. means you can test faster, learn faster, grow faster. But if your systems are messy or your delivery isn't scalable, that same growth

can really hurt your reputation. I've seen people burn out, over promise, under deliver, all because they ran ads before their business was ready to handle it. Don't try and scale chaos. And trust me, when I say this, I've tried. So before you launch your first or next campaign,

Take a step back, ask yourself,  am I ready for more clients? And if you're not sure, you can go ahead and take my ad readiness quiz. It's a free five minute quiz. It will help you see exactly what things need to be in place or what you need to work on.

So alright friend, thank you again for tuning in. I appreciate you so much. And here is my special birthday announcement. I had a huge birthday last week

One of my favorite things to do on my birthday is to go around and get all my free gifts from restaurants and businesses that I frequent and I'm on their email list. So they give out free, free things, free sandwiches, free coffees, free cookies, that kind of thing. And it is so fun to me to go around and just get those,

not only is it free stuff, but I get to go tell everyone, hey, it's my birthday. I'm getting my free stuff.

I want to give one of you, one of my listeners I am gifting one of you one hour, 60 minutes of either a strategy session,  an audit, a plan, an hour of conversation about ads.

it's one of those one hour calls that I would never offer for free and not because I'm not a kind, nice, generous person, but because an hour of my time is.

worth a lot to my business and I need to be doing other things with that time.

if you want to be the winner of this  brainstorming or audit or strategy,

Here's what you need to do.
