Today I want to talk about a strategy that I recommend for everybody. And tell me if this sounds familiar. You feel like you're posting all the time and yet nobody is seeing what you're posting. You go to your analytics and your metrics and it shows, you know, 80 views or something like that. And...

Wow, you worked really hard on that, right? So you will hear me say a lot. You're not ready for ads unless you have certain things in place. A funnel, an offer, an audience, a landing page, all of those things. So this is gonna sound counterintuitive.

This is for you if you feel like the best kept secret. You're the best kept secret. You're a business, but you're really a hobby.

you're creating content and barely getting seen.

If you're not quite ready to sell something, you're going to still need to build up your audience. And the best time to build your audience is before you have something to sell. Before you have something to sell.

And I do, have people come to me and say, yeah, ads don't work. Ads didn't work for me. typical story is I had this great new product and I was so excited. I was going to sell so much and have a million dollar launch, right? Cause you hear all about that and nothing happened. I wasted my money.

So here's the thing, that's because you tried to sell before you even had anybody who trusted you. you can't, people need to warm up. People need to warm up to you and your product and your brand and your values and all of those things. You have to build trust. You have to build trust before you can jump right in for the sale.

That's why these ads are so brilliant.

Alright, so what will these ads actually do? They will get you in front of the people that you want to be in front of. They'll get you in front of your ideal client, your ideal audience, and if they don't and you check...

You're going to get seen. You're going to get seen. Your people, your ideal customers, your ideal clients are going to start to see you in their feed. And if they're a good match and they're interested in you and what you have to say, they'll keep watching. And that's how you know that they're your ideal client.

and that they are going to be eventually interested in what you have to say, what you have to sell, and follow you and all of that great stuff. ⁓

It's like, I like to call them, they're basically brand awareness or visibility. I like to call them billboard ads or I see you everywhere ads. They build trust. They get your content in front of the right people and they grow an audience. So when you are ready, when you are ready with that,

proven offer and that landing page in the funnel, you have people raring to go to do business with you. So that's what these ads do and I love them. Okay, so what do you need? Stick around. I'm gonna share with you a wonderful free resource and what you need is a Facebook page. I've said that before. You need a Facebook page. You need an ad account. You need

couple of videos and don't you know don't knock yourself out these could be on your phone just you could do a talking head you could do a you know behind the scenes you could do a out in the you know nature whatever you want to do text on screen whatever you want to do whatever your authentic self vibe who you want to attract whatever that is that's

That's what you should have videos of. Have a few of those. Have an idea of who you're wanting to attract. And two to five dollars a day. Two to five dollars a day. And watch your audience grow. Watch people start to trust you. And.

All right, so go to, you could go to either my website, stacycovitz.com, or if you want to go directly to the link that has this free resource, it's called the Audience Accelerator, and it's a guide that's going to share with you what I'm talking about essentially in detail. So you could go to the link, I'll have it in the show notes.

You can go to my website, you can find it there. And that's all I got. want to hear about this. I want to hear that you tried this and it's working or you don't know if it's working, then reach out to me. And also, if you are enjoying the podcast, leave a five star review. Is that asking too much? See you next time.
